You can change your IP sometimes if you are smart. Good luck. Cuban came through before there was any real good security and it was up to a human looking at the tables. He will not be registering again, and if he does it wont last very long.

Your PUBLIC IP would be banned, not the local one your router assigns via DHCP.
That’s the IP that would get banned, not the 192.168.1.x (or what ever you use for your local network).
