So theblue and I were talking at the meet today, and we started wondering…does anyone still have the same car from when they joined UBRF/NYSpeed? I still have my original MR2 (bought it in 2002), but I think I’m among the minority…
I will be selling my 01 TDI today but its not the same “fun” car. I wish i still had the mini
But odds are most of us have either gotten nicer sports cars… like the few Porsche’s on the board now. or gone onto putting money into homes
Probably need to set a minimum number of years active.
I sold the Audi I had on UBRF to pay for grad school.

Fair enough…minimum of 5 years?
I do, although it hasn’t been on the road since 09.
I’ve had the same name all along, I traded the grey focus I had at that time in for the red SVT one I have now about 5yrs ago.
If you go back to UBRF which was 11 years it might be hard to find anyone
Joined UBRF the first year it started, was going to UB with Josh at the time…
Still have the same car as the day I joined all those years back, 94 Thunderbird SC. It’s now a second vehicle but still gets a few miles on the weekends. Gone through an F150, TBSS and now moving onto a Raptor.
Still have my neon, refuse to ever get rid of it, it’s worth 500$ but has a load of sentimental value, and handles like a fucking champ!
Yep still have the same old DSM as when this site started. JSkrapper still has his too.
Screw you joe.
Cavaliers last forever
Been here a couple years and at least ten different cars since then lol
Yup! Still have my 97 Bird, although she hasn’t seen the streets since '05. But… She’s under the knife right now getting a new lease on life.
Not a chance. Haha.
And I don’t regret it.
Change is good.
Not even close lol
Nope.
Joined the barf in 03, been through 3 cars since then.
nope
ha me too! I bought/sold four just over last summer.
Ok, some more people than I thought…
And Kyle, you’re right, change is good…I think I’ve had ~15 other cars too in the last 10 years or so…the MR2 (and Lotus) always just stuck though…
