how does that work? my car was wrecked in maryland and issued a salvage title. came to pa in 97 and rebuilt then issued a pa r-title. now i got it in 99.
i wouldn’t mind getting a clean title on it if i could figuring i junked probably 10 “clean title” cars and my r-title car is still the only cabriolet i have seen w/o rust. but it does have only 66k miles on it and its a 86…

Dunno I was just told if I can fix it for less then what the cars worth then it will become a clean title or maybe a clean title with a W stamped on it. Either way its an option I know I have and its something I plan on tryin being I plan on keeping this car.
