Who wants to know about suede/Alcantara?

I think the most important fact that everyone should know about Alcantara is that it’s not really suede, it’s synthetic. Strange how few people actually know that.

Good point. It was designed by an italian chemical engineer, and a chinese (it think) engineer to be able to withstand sun fade and wear.
