I work with someone that has this exact one and we are trying to figure out why it is worth 1,300
Prolly because it was the first gen iPod to release, and the fact that it has never been opened, and the immense success the iPod’s have had.
That probably was a bunch of jibberish, but I think it’s comparable to un-opened GI Joe action figures and shit.
Notice it has no bids… and its international, could be a scam,
i hope some one buys it and there is a steak inside of it:

who cares ipods suck ass
omfg! thats awesome! i would love for someone to come into best buy with a peice of meat in an ipod box. a return would NEVER happen
It’s not worth 1300, the person thinks it is… no bids means no buyer which means not worth it…
My guess is maybe a collector’d pay maybe 50-100 over the price of a 30gb for it… maybe… but I dont think there’s much of an iPod collectors market… Even Nintendo’s and the ppl who re-buy them, they go for 60 bux. There’s not a whole lot of “Collectors electronics”
True.
I love the raw meat gag.

lol good question… I often wonder how an ipod is even worth 5.00 let alone 1300
:bsflag:
I don’t believe for one second this was never opened. It’s not like you can’t get shrink wrap and make any package appear unopened. Would it be worth $1300 to invest a little money in a heat-shrink kit? I think so.
as funny as it sounds, I know of 2 that my work had for prizes that were never given out, so they just gave them to 2 guys that I work with.
