I’m only looking to spend about 500 to 1000 on a car for winter. Make, model, color, and transmission do not matter. I need it to be reliable it doesn’t have to be pretty, but of course the nicer the car the better. High miles are ok as long it has been maintained and there is proof of it. I know there are some around here now, but nothing I really want. It has to pass inspection. Thanks guys
