I don’t know if it’s a thing people do, but I did it. If you take off the lower panel that’s above your knees you will see the two bolts. They actually look like giant rivets and need to be drilled out, but they’re aluminum so they come off easy. Then the whole steering column swings down and you can adjust the height by shimming very easily.

So hot, double and plus the coin though.
I ran a 3.15 in mine and it wasn’t too bad. Also will allow you to run a finned diff cover for xtra coolzing.
e30m3 wiring harness cover is usually added at the firewall to hide that harness and pretty things up a bit, should still be available at stealership.
Great pickup. I love coupes with the sunroof open. It’s like half a convertible. And you could fit a fucking baby in the glove box.
e30 sunroofs are seriously so gigantic. I miss mine!
