i have yogurt in the morning, a light lunch, cottage cheese or fruit in the afternoon, then a healthy dinner…
i work in a restaurant…free food for me. lets see, today i had, buffalo chicken tenders, grilled chicken tenders, pasta alfredo, chocolate mousse pie, i could go on. and i only way 145
and spell like an 8 year old

I don’t get free food at my restaurant… plus there are only like 2 or 3 low-fat entrees there.
I’m stopped snacking during the day altogether, and I eat whatever I want from Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I’ve also lost 9 pounds since the last time I got on the scale. w00t!
