As the title says I am looking to pick up a wrx, I figured I would start the search locally. My criteria for the car consists of the following.

-must be manual transmission
-bugeye preferred but will consider others
-no project cars
-decently clean
-sedan preferred
-stock or lightly modded

any interest in a black hawkeye STi? No rust, few door dings, modded but professional tune no Cobb crap.

Depends, what is the asking price, the mileage, maintenance records etc. But a hawk eye sti is almost certainly more than I would like to spend.
