PMed back
I’m sure she can “ride” a two stroke 125 mx bike but u better make sure uve got a shitload of plugs cuz she’s gonna be putting around loading it up! It’ll probly get away from her at some point in time and she probly won’t get back on…
dude i pm’d you weve got one sitting at the apt you can have for $75, it needs work but it’ll def be worth it!
a 125 isnt as powerful as your making it out to be. If it fouls plugs cuz your lugging it around then you jet it to that riding style and no more plug fouling. If you want to ride it wide open style on a track again then its best to jet it again for that style of riding or else it will bog down at wot. If she is going to go 5mph and put-put like you say…maybe he outta get her a minibike instead.
High jack from justa4door
fastmofo what do you want for that 125??
not really concerned with the amount of power but the power curve, it could be a little sketchy if you’ve never been on anything before. I had a kx65 thats gotten away from me and a couple people that were “experienced”. The seat height is another factor, people just dont like not being able to flat foot, just ask willybeen how he liked my ktm. I agree that once you’ve ridden for a while, a 125 is actually pretty under powered. Its ultimately up to him tho, there are certainly enough 125’s out there at great prices :eekdance:
OK let me just set the record straight I can ride the husbands RM 250 2 stroke just fine and might I say I rip shit up, the only problem I have is that I am 5 ft 3 and can’t touch the ground very well…I had a bike a few years ago but sold it (stupid me!)
And no I wont be “put-putting” around!
Mindless: you really do need to buy a bike…
JAM: what is this $75 one you speak of?
yea 125s are a little tall. you can play with the shock too. I just think a 125 is a bike anybody can handle. maybe because I was on a 125 at 13. Id like to know what experienced riders couldnt handle a kx 65. For their sake I hope they were no older than 10 or 11. people around here seem to ask too much for bikes still. I see 99’ 125’s for sale poeople still asking 1400 bucks…
mindless…make an offer. it needs chain/sprocket, tires (IMO) or atleast a rear, plastics if you want it perdy and grips. Mechanically it runs great.
i was just saying cuz of the springs duh
ur prob a lot better at riding than me lol, i didnt mean it like that
its a 4 speed auto 4 stroke
it is siiiqqqq
hopefully you guys pick it up its def worth fixing
only stipulation is i get to rid it around the pit sometime:tup:
Good times you guys should pm me when you get your bikes, I’m always looking for people to go riding with. I got a trail pass to majestic last year and only went 4 times because people kept bailing
