no rust(mint condition)

My price range is 5-7k but if the car is right i can add more. However, I plan on buying it in april/may so im not in a rush.

That’s probably because you want a CLEAN, LOW MILEAGE, no rust Kouki for under 7K. That’s pretty hard to find in Canada.
I’m sure they’re out there but most owners know that low mileage clean Koukis are worth a little more than that.
no, i stated in my original post that if the car is right i am willing to pay more so if it is low mileage without rust kouki for 9k i will pay 9k. As long as it’s worth those 9k. 7k is just a avergae that they go for.
