how much? cant you just clean the iac most of the time?

i got a ported 2g exhaust manifold
port matched to fit a 7cm turbine housing
i have a 52mm 2g TB also

you can have a whole parts car for 200. i dont have the mounts or IAC tho. someone was suppose to get it 2 weeks ago. gave me 400 cash, and i told him if its not gone in a week its not my problem anymore. we both signed a letter…etc. i just want the damn car GONE! for an extra 100 ill include the 2g eclipse GS rims :slight_smile:

its a 91 laser no title. 4g63 im still arguing with the previous owner on what he calis he did to it.

4g63/turbo swap. blown 14g(leaks oil, little shaft play)/NA and turbo manifolds/sodemount that needs to be fixed… comes with a full gasket kit. most of it is already on the motor.

I’ve got a free set of stock turbo cams you can use out of a 2g.

not looking for a whole parts car the one im working on is real clean the only thing i REALLY need are those damm motor mounts. I am going to try and clean the IAC but anyone with the motor mounts? its my uncles car and hes not trying to go fast or anything lol

If the IAc valve isnt holding the air cleaning it isnt going to help put some gasket maker on the out side or try a new o rings or you can test the sensor. if its not doing its job u should replace it.

I might have a spare IAC laying around. I’ll let you know if I find one.

DSM ~ A DSM is a powerful little car that breaks down a lot, is very unreliable, eats your money, but creates a certain bond with its owner like no other car on the planet. A DSMer takes great pride in there unreliable cars because they would have it no other way.

hahaha thats funny. this dsm was my first car and i loved the thing. i beat the piss out of it and it took it. one day i was bangin gears and it started to knock haha oops. my uncle then bought it and is funding me to do all the work to make it nice again.

  • where exactly is the IAC located on the IM? is it a 3 wire of 4 wire? this is no honda…
  • anyone with motor mounts pleaseeeeee

IAC is on the bottom side of the throttle body with 2 screws holding onto it. the color is beige and grey
