Please let me know if anyone has a source where I can get a used but nice road race tire. Preferrably Hoosier Cup, but any R-comp would suffice.

There are a few links scattered through the link. I would give Phil’s a call or email to see what they currently have, probably the best semi local source.
Also Frisby has Z214 with the previous “0” compound. I know of guys that have beaten equally prepared R6 cars with them. C70s would be good for a cool track, short heat cycles, the C50s for longer, warmer temps.

It is not the tire pictured but a traditional two line no tread tire. There are your sizes listed $85 for a new tire is pretty much awsome.
