WTB: 38mm wastegate block off flange and turbo adapter (or hire someone to make them)

i need a 38mm wastegate block off piece like the title says, and i am also in need of a t3 to t25 adapter piece if anyone has one. i have parts i will trade if anyone is intrested or i have cash help me out.

If you take the two turbo flanges into Don’s welding on transit, they could probably make what you need for less than $50.

i just dropped off a manifold to have all the welds cut out and re-done professionally and they quoted me like $75
