He already has the manifold and turbo
even if ur wastegate were to fail, you should be keeping an eye on ur gauges and making sure that its not spiking.
most budget turbos are internally wastegated. What are the details of the setup?

lovefab sidewinder t3/to4 57 trim …on a ef 4door w/ a ls
Its my old set up, sidewinder tublar manifold, t3t04e 57 trim, 3 inch down pipe
it was enough to trap 118 untuned, no slicks, open diff

if its a nice turbo kit u might be better safe then sorry and just spring the 200 bucks.

You will trap 112 at best

so there is not cracks there is just a large area where is was never welded ill take pic of it and show the work that we will be doing on it
