Well my dad just got back from the PRI show in orlando and he got a good deal on a manifold. Its a top mount manifold for the sr20det. T3 flange and all i need to do is weld a wastegate flange on. I will be putting a Tial 44mm wastgate and a T3/T04E turbo.
why such a big wastegate for a small turbo? im sure u could just run a 38mm and save some cash. is there any kind of merge or just thrown together?>

am i missing something or what y is the dump tube tied into the mani insted of the wg??
i belive the wg flnage is welded to that pipe, id imagine for clearence reasons

wastegate goes at the end of the tube
and kevin, sometimes you need a larger wastegate to run lower boost levels. if you use a smaller wastegate you end up with creep.
Who made that? If it is the guys I am thinking of who are from tennessee or something it is just a chinese knock off. Sorry to say. I met these guys both times I went to PRI. They were some good ol boys who were selling a bunch of domestic stuff and a small section of import crap from china.
i did not know that. i acutally wanted to go twin gate but decided that after i already got my manifold.
The palce my dad got it from was Polydyn perfromance coatings. My dad was talking to them and htey said that they get the manifolds built from some guy. I iwll ge the name once i e-mail them. $400 for the manifold isnt bad.
Yea around 2009 lol jk. I should have it out beginning-mid summer. My work is slow right now so im not working as much. As soon as it starts to snow again we will be snow plowing.

Yes it does but it has better flanges. My dad is going to copy this manifold in canada. SHHHH
