They don’t, or at least the don’t anymore.
Can you use stock lugs with 8mm spacers?
If you want them I’ve got a couple old rotors kicking around you can have.
Thanks Louis, just pulled my rotors off last week though. 
I have some spacers for either 4 or 5 lug. I was going to use them on my wheels when I put on my GTR calipers/rotors, but didn’t need them in the end. I bought them for $16. yours for $15!!
