Title says all. Need a working tranny for an 86 Accord.
Side note: I’m lazy and don’t want to look up engine codes and tranny codes at all, so if anyone knows them for this old gem off hand, feel free to post that info up. Thanks.
Theres an 85 accord 5spd at m&m junkyard. Car was completely in tact early this week and in really good condition.
only 86-89 accord and 85-87 prelude Si will fit/work. LXi/SEi 5 speeds have a shorter final drive for quicker accel than LX-DX trans. 85-87 Lude Si (SI only) has the same final drive as LXI-SEi but shorter 3rd 4th and 5th gears than any Accord. Hope this helps. Btw, this is A20A engine

last time i was at m&m a couple weeks ago there was an 86 or 87 lude too, but knowing them and their hate for imports they probably crushed after like a week
