I have a OEM S13 AERO bumper, AERO side skirts and rear valance. 1450 takes it all.

but that’s definitley an OEM front lip, and the side-skirts look very similar to OEM units…

I think you’re correct. Nelly’s selling the replica OEM sides and rear. They are fiberglass. Check out the For Sale section.
