you must be a bit more specific.
S14 Zenki or Kouki rear bumper? Also, the JDM Kouki Aero bumper is different than the regular bumper. The Kouki Aero bumper is shown in the pic below:

As far as the rear lip goes, I only know of the 1999 Z-Edition 200sx that that was released in Europe only (They only made 200 iirc, 100 black, 100 red). This rear lip only goes well the Euro spec bumper.

FYI, Kouki and Zenki REAR bumpers are interchangeable.
