At Rexel, we need to bolt down the Master Reel Shelving… 2000 Lbs. of wire + the shelf weight tipping over might be frowned upon by OSHA or the such. So, it was decided that 2 bolts per leg, and bolting to the beam it butts up against would suffice to keep it from tipping.
