u can use and 3-conductor RCA for this; the colors just won’t match; otherwise it’s the same cables.

well, i wanted to have good quality with my new setup. 3’ - 6’ would prob do

is it really the same cable? huh…i have a few of those laying around. i have optical audio hooked up, so i would only need one set.
yep, same exact cable. except that you have 3x more video capacity cause, well, there’s 3 of them.

3-6’? wont matter much… you wont lose much bandwidth in that span with cheaper cables.
No DVI / HDMI tho??
well, i tried hdmi with the dvd player and component seemed to look better. i guess i could try that again with the new tuner. would it get messy if i used optical audio and hdmi? i had bad luck using this player with hdmi audio.
I use Optical Audio and HDMI for my HT setup; no problems what so ever. But my audio goes right to the reciever, not the TV.
