WTB - Custom Headers

I need some headers made for my dad’s bike. Yes, headers.
I know HC doesn’t usually do domestic stuff, but my dad made this in his garage, maybe they will give him a break
Basically a SBC 350, so the flange will be cheap and readily available, they don’t have to be equal length (too much pipe) and they have to hug the block as much as possible. His current setup sucks, and I think they are cracked. Being as close to the block as possible is a big deal, cause your legs have to go there when you ride it.

Headers are for this:

Kinda like these:

But I want the ‘B’ measurement to be closer to 6".

Let me know if you have any suggestions before he buys the Sanderson ones, and doesn’t like them.

its alot easier to do headers on a motor thats exposed like that ask ask Lee

How much are the Sanderson headers? It might not be worth the labor and materials to make a set

<-- JnJSpdShop

Those in ceramic coated are in the $300 range,non-coated are like $175

I’m just seeing this now. I’ll point it out to Lee in the morning and Pm you with what he thinks.
