ok so heres my dilema, i have a 89 240 with an rb20det to pass cert i need a power steering pump, called everywhere, chances of finding a pump itself are nil, doner nissan in newmarket found a part number for me and they said 1000$ for the pump from japan, im not paying that i could get another rb for a little more than that, so what i need is either a pump and all the hoses or someone that knows something to help me get it certified!
i have my old rb 26 pump still if it will work

yes i think it will work, ill find out today, do you have the hoses and such aswell? and the mount?
It is the almost the same pump, you will just have to block off the hicas ports (I believe the ones on the back?) But it may not line up with the harmonic balancer on the rb20…
how much? you have the hoses too?
go to a different shop to get certed pm and i can give you a shop nearby where it wont matter the guy is being a stickler…pm if u want it
