looking to buy a MK IV Jetta. I’d like either a tdi or a 1.8t w/ a 5 speed. Color doesn’t really concern me, just looking for a nice clean turbo jetta to have as my new daily driver. I’d prefer to find a 1.8t jetta w/ mileage under 130k & if it’s a tdi, anything under 170k would be perfect. I’d really like to get something not heavily modified, that way I can still have room to do somethings on my own. Looking to spend at most 5,000. Any leads on any forsale, please let me know. Thanks.

buy my TDI, would cost a bit more than 5k though. miles are also higher, but its a tdi, if its maintained it doesnt really matter. still gets high 40mpg average
all maintenance is up to date, has coilovers, C4 vette wheels, new rear brakes, new ebrake cables, cat/muffler delete, Helix OEM HID reps(with oem parts used inplace of helix parts)

yeah i was just playin… its not even done yet. no way would I sell it, even after its done I am hanging on to this for a while.
BTW, I have recipts for well over $17000 in parts alone for this car, minus the car kbb would be like $5K maybe if it were stock, and the hours arnt being counted, but if they were at $65h/r for labor… there has to be around 10-20K! damn what a money pit! gotta love it
