buddy blew a motor, i get the pleasure of putting a new one in it. so i’m searching for a motor for a 98 Saturn SL2 4cyl twin cam. anyone got one or can point me in the right direction it’d be much appreciated. thanks guys

Same engine in any SC2, from 91 to 98. Shouldn’t have a hard time finding one. 99+ used different heads, and i believe the intake manifold was different. That mighta been changed in 2000. It’s been a long time since I’ve had my built SC2.
Tip: Saturns use oil. Tell ur buddy to check the oil next time he goes out kicking its ass. Just so you won’t have to do this again.
