not sure what to call this but im lookin for a parts car in the niagara area that i could cut out the whole piece infront of the windshield…the piece that your wipers bolt down to…mine is rusted and im lookin to just replace the whole thing

the metal cowl assembly… spot welded in piece? wipers on the driverside…?
