I need one to store files and such. Don’t need a monitor or anything. Just a system that runs and cheap and has a network card in it.

If its just a server, $40ish. Its going to run a 400mb linux install, have a few hard drives, and a few lan interfaces on it. Nothing serious for processing power.

I have a 5 year old p4 1.8ghz , its got a sweet tower with glowing fans and cold cathodes. Plus it has an ATI rage card in it, AND a modem.
I’ll let it go for $700, any less than that and I’d be taking a major loss.
