wtb: winter tires w/ or w/o steelies & pair of 16"

after last nite’s rain and hydroplaning everywhere cause my rears were bald i’m in need of a pair of 16" tires asap. i’m also looking for some winter tires with or without steelies, if no steelies i prefer 15" and must be near brand new and also brand name. let me know if you got what i’m looking for

3 - 4 x 114.3 steelies, from S13, tires no good though, Darian

EDIT: Winter tires degrade, most are only 1/2 winters and beyond that become all seasons, in the case of winters I would strongly recommend new, 15" are cheap
