WTB: Wood shift knob.

I would like to get a wooden shift knob. I have a few knobs i can trade for if the seller needs something to replace their wooden shift knob with. I am looking for something like a Nardi wood shift knob.

thanks
ken

Ever seen or heard of a wood one from Razo? I have one, pretty rare, it commemorates the years of 91’ - 93’ or some other…I got it for $30 clearance, twas the only one @ this place in Markham.

I love wooden shift knobs, try seeing if you can find something like that @ some retail places but I know it’s hard finding the wood ones compared to all the metal out there lol.

get yourself a nice nismo shift knob I love mine, its one of the best knobs I have used and transfer it from nissan to nissan each time i buy or sell mine I will never let it go. Mine is white but you can also get it in black but whites sexier

newer bmw’s come with them, had one in my coupe for awhile, try the dealer

I made a wood/metal one about a year ago on a lathe. Used the Nardi wooden topped one for inspiration. Just an option if you have access to a lathe.

Nismo knob is a no-go. Its either wood or dildo style for cressy’s.

Damn, not edit. coop just reminded me, I took a wooden knob off an older BMW from a junkyard a while ago. didnt charge me anything for it, you’d probably need some kind of insert for it though to make it the right pitch.

Thanks guys for all the info !! yeah i need something wood for my cressida… a metal or tuner looking knob will totally take the class away from the car.

its auto tho

Who said its going to stay auto lmao.

lmao, u know…you can find wooden auto knobs more easily these days than manual

lmao i used to do that all the time made soo many just need the know the thread just don’t use steel

but have an old honda knob on mine light as fuck use the oem 240 knob as mallet it’s heavy as fuck

I pretty much found what I needed. Nardi has an OEM shift knob in the mazda miata that is made in wood. It is availible through my work at a discount. So i guess i found it haha.

BTW they do have a 5 speed version

how much is that nardi shift knob? looks great

it came to 90 dollars after taxes. I know its a little steep but i rather get the best one i want, rather than get something i am not satisfied with haha.
