I had noticed my registration was up when we were down pittsburgh after a couple people told me that that day was my last day to be registered. So i got home and figured i would register online. After putting my information in it said " CAnnot access vehicle records. There is currently an Hstop on them. So the next day i go to AAA in monroeville and have them do my registration since im a member. It turns out i cant be reregistered because of two things. The lady who did my first registration put on it that i live in Trafford,Nc not pa and she missed 1 number in my vin. So now i have to wait 2-4weeks on the state to get back to me and i cant drive the car until then. I had to send them in a written letter saying that she messed up and ive always lived in pa and it should of been that to begin with. So two questions. Wtf is an Hstop. I know what an fstop is. And Why do i have to pay for her mistake? Shouldnt i get a temp registration until this is settled
They registered my VW as a Volvo. After many battles I ended up just paying the 50 bucks to the state to get it changed to a VW. Just pay it and get it over with.
