Or the actuator is just old.
My CA boosted to 14psi with everything hooked up. It wasn’t because the ECU was retuned, it was because the WG arm was seized :wink:

if its retuned it would likely say so on the exterior of the ECU. Or open it and find out,

Well just to be safe… I’d check your WG Actuator Arm (as nocwage sugguest/mentioned) to be sure its not stuck/jammed or anything

But open up your ECU so you know for a fact whether its retuned or not (I’m guessing that it is)
