I’m def. a Steeler fan…but not a Maddox fan at all, i wanted to see him do well just to gt some people off his back and get some confidence so that we could use him if we had to. He had that chance and blew it again, and we do need him now…gonna need to put somthin good together quick for Maddox’s “skill level.”
maybe being away this week is good for maddox. Less fans kicking him while he’s down. Not that he didnt earn that, just that it makes him play even worse im sure.

He’s a different kind of QB than Roethlisberger.
Given ample time in the pocket, Maddox is not a bad QB. He buckles when he’s pressured.
Roethlisberger is a good QB when he has time, but he’s a great QB when he’s scrambling.
I was very impressed with Batch yesterday… ESPECIALLY time management on the last drive of the first half. His numbers were good, and I think he performed better than Roethlisberger might have if he were healthy.
