WTFind: Roommate (Hertel)

I’m going to be moving into the lower 2 bedroom apartment at my friend’s house located at Hertel/Shoshone. I had a roommate lined up but the kid bailed and now I need to find someone else.

It’s a good sized place with lots of off street parking, basic non heated garage to do minor work in, full laundry, etc. I have everything to furnish the house the other person would just have to furnish their room and whatever else they want. It would work out great for someone in school.

Rent + half the utilities/cable/internet wouldn’t be more than $450/month.

If anyone could spread the word I’d appreciate it :slight_smile:

oh shit…this would be perfect for me.i work right at lombardo’s on hertel…but i really want to wait til im done with school in a year and look at houses…ill get back to ya though
