In the last 6 months I’ve put about 15K into the place, including 2 brand new, gutted to the studs of the house bathrooms, as well as a brand new 3500 square foot driveway, as well as paint throughout. The house is looking amazing, it really is.

I am looking for a roommate ASAP. The house is located in the city of Buffalo, on a pretty small street (not many homes), in a great neutral location (Hertel area), mere minutes from all the major thruways, and not even 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo.
Rent is 350 per month, and the utilities are split 4 ways, so on average, you’ll pay ~450 per month. While utilities are split 4 ways, there will only be 3 people living there total. I use the house as my mailing address, and work in the garage/do laundry there a few times per week, but I do not actually live/sleep there. But to be fair, I split ALL the utilities with everyone.
Your rent includes your bedroom, full access to the whole house, living room (all leather furniture with a TV), dining room (with a ping-pong table), including off-street gated parking in the yard, full laundry facilities, and as much storage space as you’d need in the basement. The house is a 2-story, 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, plus basement/attic, as well as a double lot backyard with parking for you. There is also a 4 car garage with a lift. Access to that can be discussed, on an as-needed basis.
There are many NYSpeed members that have lived here/dealt business deals with me in the past, and I’m sure most would agree I am a pretty reasonable guy. In fact, the 2 roommates living in the house now are members, and have been for a while. If you are clean, respectful, and responsible like them, I’m sure we would get along phenomenal. Everyone works/goes to school, and they are very, very quiet. It’s almost too quiet, it’s a big house for 2 people.
I should also mention I have owned this house for just over 3 years, and bought it from a friend who owned it for over 10 years. In that entire tenure, there has NEVER been any kind of theft, robbery or break-in attempt ever. Keep in mind there have been many high end cars coming and going that whole time.
