Decided to make a new clean thread with updated photos.
I am looking for a housemate ASAP. The house is located in the city of Buffalo, on a pretty small street (not many homes), in a great neutral location (Hertel area), mere minutes from all the major thruways, and about 8 minutes from downtown Buffalo.
In the last 6 months, I have put about $15,000 worth of upgrades/renovations into the house. Both bathrooms were completely gutted to the studs of the house, and absolutely everything was replaced/updated. By that I mean, all new drywall, new toilets, tubs, tile everything, new vanitys, new sinks, the whole lot. No corners were cut, nor are they ever when it comes to this house. Also, the home has a brand new 3500 square foot driveway. And there’s more to come…
Rent is 350 per month, and the utilities are split 4 ways, so on average, you’ll pay ~450 per month. While utilities are split 4 ways, there will only be 3 people living there total. I use the house as my mailing address, and work in the garage/do laundry there a few times per week, but I do not actually live/sleep there. But to be fair, I split ALL the utilities with everyone. When I am there however, I’m constantly cleaning/fixing things, so it’s almost always in spotless/impeccable shape.
Your rent includes your bedroom, full access to the whole house, living room (all leather furniture, including couch, recliner, ottoman and table, with a TV), dining room (with tons of space), including off-street gated parking in the yard, full laundry facilities, and as much storage space as you’d need in the basement (there’s a lot). The house is a 2-story, 4 bedroom, 2 full baths (BRAND NEW), plus basement/attic, as well as a double lot backyard with parking for you, which is fully fenced in. There is also a 4 car garage, which details on that could be discussed.
There are many people that have lived here/dealt business deals with me in the past, and I’m sure mostly all would agree I am a very reasonable guy. In fact, the 2 roommates living in the house now have been there for quite a while (over a year and a half). If you are clean, respectful, and responsible like them, I’m sure we would get along phenomenal. Everyone works/goes to school, and they are very, very quiet. It’s almost too quiet, a very a big house for 2 people. Most of the time you’ll come home to an empty/quiet house.
I should also mention I have owned this house for just over 3 years, and bought it from a friend who owned it for over 10 years. In that entire tenure, there has NEVER been any kind of theft, robbery or break-in attempt ever. I know that security is a big deal for a lot of people with neighborhoods they may not be familiar with.
