I’m looking for a couple roommates, if anyone is looking. It’s a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 story house, with a large dry basement with plenty of storage. Also, the property is a double lot, with off street parking for you in the back, and a gated fenced in property, very secure.
House is located in the city of Buffalo. It was previously owned by my friend, for about 13 years, and now by me for about 2 years. I have never once had a theft, robbery, or anything like that, nor did my friend when he was here. Keep in mind, there were exotic cars coming and going every day (he was a mechanic that worked on high end stuff).
Here’s the cool part. I have a 4 car garage, fully insulated, with a lift inside. Details regarding all this can be worked out, but it’s a pretty amazing set up for someone into cars.
I do not have lease agreements with any of my roommates, and really give them a ton of flexibility. I am not there too much myself, between my work schedule and staying at my girlfriend’s place. The house seems to be always empty…and it is kept very, very clean…usually looks as if no one lives there.
Rent is 350 per month, and we split utilities X ways. Utilities are cheap, obviously, gas is very reasonable in the winter for a house this size. You’d never pay more than 500 in a month, total.
