Looking to rent a shop space. Don’t need anything huge, lift station and a space to fit some cars (indoors). Something that already has a lift is preferred, but I’d be willing to buy a used lift and install it if the right opportunity arose. I would prefer something within 10 minutes drive of the elmwood area, but I’m willing to drive a bit more for the right place.
carnut knows of a bay for rent in his area, lancaster. iirc it was 600 a month
draftinwitjr has some spots for rent for ubher cheap, but there is no powaahh, no way to put in a lift, ect

I’m going to pursue options in the city first, if I can’t find anything I’ll get willing to do some driving
