the very first owner must have wrecked it…and they did a whole front clip swap…clean title tho…perfect title…and he just went with an eclipse front end…i like it better anyhow…the second owner was a kid from rochester and he drove it for maybe 1000 miles and his parents made him sell it before he left to california for college

never been raced…no winter driving ever…maybe the guy that owned it Mass. did but winters there aren’t bad (salt) like they are here. he wouldn’t give yu any cash i dont think… we’ll include the subs if yur including subs…this would ahndle way better than a FWD or a RWD in the snow…AWD obviously is better…never raced soo no times…pushin around 250hp give or take a few

Would you be interested in a 99 neon rt 73,000 miles full wings west body kit. Stainless header, cusstom exhaust, mopar ecu(no redline or cut off),eurathane motor mounts, custom intake, lowered, 17 inch srt4 rims, shaved doors and roof moldings, new clutch its a 420a dohc standard. car is mint no rust at all. Never seen winter. Im sure I forgot a few things over $5k invested. Fresh paint White with blue pearl. I also have a srt4 turbo and manifold but its not instaled. Dont know how to post pics yet can text you some.
