Alright, here’s the deal. I talked to my buddy that works there, and he said that we would need to know how many people are coming to this event, so that they can plan for it. We would also need to reserve a head of time (of course).
They said that Friday night is a tough one because it’s going to be so busy. I guess we should make this a members only event, that way we can get a spot for sure.
I’m talking with them further on Tuesday, and I’ll post the information.
We’ll have to have a poll and send out emails to the members to confirm the numbers.

Ok… I just received an invitation in the mail today that my Family’s Christmas party is going to be on that same Friday the 17th. So as it turns out I guess I will not be attending the NECC Christmas party after all. Unless by some miracle I can get out early from the party and come down to join the rest of ya guys!! :shock:

Alright. So I went down to the BP’s on jasper ave and checked out the lounge and what not. They have a room in the corner formerly a patio converted lounge section.
I talked to my buddy that works there and it should be all good for the party, we just have reserve the proper amount of people far enough in advance. Its a big rectangle, with booths on either end, and in the middle are just a bunch of tall tables and bar stools. The center seats 24, plus lots of standing room. Now, all we have to do is decide if we need to have the party just members and a guest or anyone. I’ll hold a poll in the members only section.

I have a final on the 18th (yes, Saturday) so I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to make it.

The time is 7:00pm because they wanted us to come earlier just in case they are busy, that they can hold our tables for us for sure.
Remember, it’s a lounge so over 18 years of age please. lol.
We are going to be holding this event with MEMBERS ONLY! That is, a member and one guest if they wish to do so.
Please Vote in the Poll that I will hold in the members only area to let us know if you are able to come or not as I need to make the reservations asap. We will ask non-members to leave, although only to the extent that we can, as it is a public facility.
