Ok, have a modded 360 it was the premium version just trying to get some cash for it. Has two contollers one wired one wireless. Um comes with everything that the premium came with. Ill toss it a hd-Pc connector can also help with changing firm ware. Has the following games
Nba live 07, Nba2k8, Pgr 4, Perfect Dark, Import Tuner Challenge, halo 3, um i think thats about it.

No, its not banned. You cannot upload games to it, and lastly i can teach you how to get games if you would like.
