PJB- you def. almost hit me and I almost pooped my pants, especially when I realized it was you!!!

I just joined Best last weekend- I’ve tried the Spinning and Zumba classes and I’ve used some of the cardio machines. I go at 5am to spin and the Zumba class isn’t until 7 at night- those are the only times I can go

Well Im sorry about that. I really must not have seen you when I was pulling out of there.

I went there just after 5 am today and there was nothing but old people there. I like going at 5 pm much better but couldnt go late today.

And theres nothing wrong with going to the gym everyday.
