Adam put up a clean 205 yesterday. been training with me for 2.5 weeks. when we started he was struggling with 155, now we got him reping 185. 205 max right now headed towards 225, then 275. what chu think about that now tuff ass?
I think I need to start hitting the gym.
i would have to say, 60% of the women today do not like big guys. stay little and u will get more poon.
