The thing is if you align it with her in it now when her husband drives the car it pulls more. If I have you’re car in spec and everythings perfect. The car is aligned. Alignments do not always fix pulls. It’s not hard to explain to customers that the vehicle is going to pull in the direction of the weight in the car. This is America not everyone will be happy. Take it to another shop and they prove anything we did was incorrect then I will refund the money for the alignment. I am not going to fight with a customer over 70 dollars
For those of us nearing the large size of the spectrum I suppose instead of bitching about alignment issues you could add some air to the side the car is pulling to right? Load balancing? The tire is the ‘footprint’ of the suspension, start there fatties.
omg telling her to get in the car to align it is BY THE BOOK! for example a dump truck like a f350 you align with weight in the back if it is used to pull a heavy load all the time.
