You can't get aids from fucking a hooker with a garbage bag....odyssey of a SC400

:lmao :lmao :lmao i love it

This thing is starting too look sick. I think its time for some crazier wheels though… just a thought.

I edited my post cause I didnt want to come across as a huge asshole…Im a pretty sarcastic person…lol. I don’t get why people drop their cars without adjusting camber and or using proper struts. It totally negates everything about lowering your car, fucks up the geometry, making it handle worse than stock…but its not my car so I could careless.I was just curious. At least he has some tockicos…

Camber is fully adjustable on my car from the factory. I adjusted my camber… to have better wheel fitment.

And you are only partially rite in your attempt at a little elitist rant. Shock don’t mean jack squat if the springs used with them are not tuned to be used with the shocks. Run a soft lowering spring on a non threaded body or adjustable perch shock and you are basically driving around with a bottomed out suspension. Also a shock adjustable dampening should be run with a higher spring rate so the system shares the weight of the car. this will keep you from having that horrible bouncy ride or a car that feel like its bottoming out every where you go.

LOL nice try bud, but I don’t think he’s going for laptimes here.

You would never ever ever ever in a million years use a car to the point where you could tell the difference between a well aligned, well dampened, well setup car and ron’s slamtastic voyage on the street.

Ever.

For Ron’s purposes, his spring/shock combo is FINE, and for the most part, lowering a car on the street is not for handling, its for looks.

Tockico illuminas, kyb agxs are made to be universaly used with most aftermarket springs…given the fact they are adjustable making them able to be paired with different springs.
Not elitist rant at all…I don’t half ass shit. You slammed your car and fucked with your camber to fit wheels. I could give a fuck what you do with your car. Bolt on huge spoilers and body kits…cool. Chew threw tires so you can fit a bigger wheel and have a slammed car…cool. I don’t care, your the one who dumped all that money into the car to have it look good…the bottom line is, your suspension doesn’t function. That is a fact…your into the ricer look, Im into function…
Benny, Im not even going to debate physics and engineering with you. You are arguing that no one could tell differences between a properly aligned lowered car and a hack job that looks cool.LMFAO…right cause everyone knows traction on the inner 4 inches of your tires in comprable to using way a tire is ment to be used. There is more to it than just handling…traction suffers in a poorly aligned car as well…and yes, for ricers, lowering a car on the street is for looks.

LOLZ.

My springs are not a huge drop and specifically tuned to be used on OEM shocks. I’m sorry that bone stock my car makes more power than yours and does cooler things and once cost more than your trailer which i think use 5x114.3 hubs so you can have my stock wheels and tires if you ever have to move it

I will edit this and add infro so your pee 4cylinder brain can understand. The vogtland springs which are tuned for the supra TT OEM shocks which happen to be tokico from the factory which i proceeded to upgrade to the next step tokico offered or the tokico KTS series will only lower the supra 30mm or since your are possibly a moron 1.2". This however is on the supra. Now the lexus SC400 or toyota soarer share many similar things with the Supra. Steering wheels, LCAs, certain models share the same engines, trannies and brakes as well as other thing. You see when you place spra shocks and springs with SC400 tophats on my car that shocks are a full 1" or 25.4mm shorter yet made to carry a car of almost idnetical weight using the very same drive train and suspension with only minor differences such as nicer bushings and different RUCAs. So I actually lowered my car by using a completely lower more sport tuned suspension for an almost identical chassis

No, I said you would never be able to tell the difference on the STREET.

If you think otherwise, you’re lying to yourself.

Physics? Bro you’re talking about tokicos and kyb’s. :rofl

It totally depends on what function your car has (ie drift, drag, autox) as to how the suspension is set up. You are right that if I camber my front wheels in it will handle like shit, but it actually helps when drifting. Benny is right though, 99% of the population would not be able to tell the difference between a properly modified suspension and slammed coilovers.

and referring to everything that you dislike as “ricer,” does make you elitest

Whoa there DSM gui :rofl

Maybe Ron’s setting it up for drifting next year. You want a good amount of negative camber there kid!

He has tockicos…that would be why I said it.
And I will admit, I guess the ricer thing would make me appear as a elitist. I will refrain from that term. Clean car at least.

Im smarter about this car than I come off as being. I used to build and sell full race honda suspension parts. I know my shit

FULL RACE BRO.

his JGTC talon is SET UP for the time attackz suuunnnnn

Cool.
Benny…I have not said shit to you…do ride your boys dick trying to pick internet fights? Shouldnt you be peddling shitty pot to high school kids?
You guys are fuckin hilarious…this forum is like the 13th grade…hahahahahahaha…

You’re the one coming in here beating your chest like you’re some F1 suspension engineer, all “I know more about suspension design and phyzkis than you guise.”

Stfu, gtfo.

Ron’s car is not a race car, if you want to talk nerd suspension tech, this is not the thread for you, go to the Race Day section and learn something nubcake!

Nubcakes sound delicious! Where is Nicole?

Good story. No where did I say anything about being a f1 engineer. But I am an engineer for a living so…yeah I look at things in detail sometimes, which is not a bad thing when it comes to building a car…as I said, I was wrong for calling him a ricer…but I said nothing to you.You started talking shit…I didnt.

Rons car is barely lowered…

You should probably just sit the next few out tough guy

What did you build your car for? Time attack? Street?

Any side pics? I need to check your wheel fitment.

Haha I was thinking the same thing, Ron’s car is low, but the control arms on my car are past the parallel point with the ground :lol
