Your Age by Chocolate Math

YOUR AGE BY CHOCOLATE MATH This is pretty neat. DON’T CHEAT BY SCROLLING DOWN FIRST! It takes less than a minute… Work this out as you read. Be sure you don’t read the bottom until you’ve worked it out!

  1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have chocolate. (more than once but less than 10)

  2. Multiply this number by 2 (Just to be bold)

  3. Add 5. (for Sunday)

  4. Multiply it by 50 (I’ll wait while you get the calculator…)

  5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1754…If you haven’t, add 1753

  6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born. You should have a three digit number. The first digit of this was your original number (i.e., how many times you want to have chocolate each week). The next two numbers are .
YOUR AGE! (Oh YES, it is!!!)

THIS IS THE ONLY YEAR (2004) IT WILL EVER WORK, SO SPREAD IT AROUND WHILE IT LASTS.

5-3-1 yes it is, it worked

Mine was 7-3-2 and it worked. I figured I’d throw it out there and see if anyone says it doesn’t work.

Mine was 2-3-2… It worked for me…

You crave chocolate 5 times a week??? You know they say chocolate is a substitute for sex… sounds like you’re not getting enough…

boy you two are old. :moon:

and you aren’t getting laid… :moon:

We’re just hitting our sexual peaks and it appears that you won’t be getting the benefit of that.

actually… women never peak… we just get BETTER … :bigthumb:

then prove it :naughty: :bj:

4-1-8. Works for me.

I prove it everytime… :tounge:

This conversation would make a great PM.

O’ and it worked for me to. Neat.

You’re probably right…but it is more fun this way…

Didn’t work for me. But I don’t like chocolate, so I picked 0 as the first number.

Even if I put a 0 in front of the number I DID get, it still said 0-2-0, and I’m actually 21.

thats why it said more than once

i’m not big on chocolate, but i said 2 because it said to pick a number more than one.

If x is the number of times you want it a week (“chocolate” as she calls it), then you get the equation:

100x+2004-year born or 100x+2003-year born if you had your birthday

So all the *2 +5 *50 does is set it up so x is times 100 which makes it the first digit in a three digit number. That’s why it has to be >1 & <10. And the 1754 & 1753 is just added to the constant that subtracts from your birth date. Next year they’ll just increment to 1755 & 1754 & say “IT ONLY WORKS FOR 2005!”

This is what happens when you’re waiting for something to run on the computer at work.

:crying: He always has to ruin my fun!!!

Guess it won’t be 7 times this week!!
