I’m trying to purchase an intake for my stock KA. What’s the difference between the 95-96 and the 97-98? Can I use a 95-96 on my 97 Kouki?

The 97 kit has a spot for your IAT sensor (intake air temp).
is there a way that i can use a 95-96? what mods will be needed in order to have it fitted?
Just buy a K&N intake kit thats made specifically for the kouki years. It will fit on your 98 for sure. I know I installed one on my brothers car. Yeah it will cost more but it is a quality product and will actually perform.
Was curious because I have a friend of mine selling his Brand New Fujita F5 I take for real cheap. Not really looking to spend much. How much does the K&N cost?
Just dremel holes in your intake box, you get the sound of an intake without shelling out 200+$. I don’t get why people buy intakes.
I ran go that avenue if I run some ram air hoses straight to the box i guess. I can pick up a K&N Filter as well…Just want something that would look nice under that hood.
