I can just put some putty in there and touch up paint then it’ll just look like a touched up rock chip!

I just found a brief overview of the changes made this year to the Highway Traffic Act, and none of them had anything to do with license plates, however it could be something being enacted in the new year… Where did your friend hear about it anyway?

My friend said that he thinks he saw it on the news… -_-. Not the best confirmation, which is why i asked around here…
