Don’t assume stuff like that. Seriously. I am not going to even begin discussing the situation in detail with cops lurking here before my first appearence. Some members here know the story, and it’s pretty clear cut once it’s all said and done. I have no problem telling the story after court. It’s just a liability thing. I can’t take liabilities with the fines I am currently facing-enough that I would have to sell my 240 if convicted.
