I dont think that i have the ability to fix that but the milage is so low and seems decent

$3500 o.b.o with what parts i have to fix it!

SS hood yummy

aftermarket one

if you buy that car to race i know a guy that could put a quarter on for you a decent price

if i had the money for something like that i would be all over it but im in for something a bit cheaper…

how much cheaper?

like a grand or so i dont mind miles or dented up fenders and doors its quarters and rust that i have no desire to fix

a grand less than that or u only have a grand to spend?

sorry for not specifying that i have about a grand to spend…

This is a V6, it’s a consistent top time of the day contender. Granted it’s an ex-race V6 that does mid-400s RWHP. In the prepared class the advantage to the V6 is that the engine position is defined by the bellhousing mating surface, not the front of the motor, so the weight is further back. Stock V6s aren’t really any lighter than LS1s, but this motor is.

Anyway, the 4th Gen can be made to handle very well, I autoxed mine a LOT and can give you a lot of tips if you go for it.

That being said, LS1 cars are dirt cheap now and are still highly competitive in FS or ESP… why not save a few bucks and go for one?
